By accessing or using the ReComune mobile application currently branded as the Muslim App, including any related features, content, and services made available in connection with that application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReComune, Inc. ("ReComune," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms apply only to the Service defined above and do not automatically apply to other products or services offered by ReComune, Inc., which may be governed by separate terms or policies.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
Some features of the Service require creating an account.

You may delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting support.
The Service is intended to help users organize, track, and reflect on religious practices.

The Service is provided as a personal aid only, and use of the Service is at your own discretion.
You may submit or generate content through the Service, including prayer tracking data, reflections, notes, preferences, usage information, and participation in community features ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, you grant ReComune a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, store, process, analyze, modify, aggregate, and anonymize User Content.

Once data is aggregated or anonymized so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, it is no longer considered personal data and may be used for the purposes described in these Terms.
We aim to collect and process only the data reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where required by law, users may request access to or deletion of their personal data. We may retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the security of the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes.
ReComune is based in the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
The Service may include community features such as groups, shared activities, or messaging.
You agree to use these features respectfully and lawfully.
ReComune may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain a positive environment, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
The Service, excluding User Content, is owned by ReComune and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
ReComune may suspend or discontinue the Service or your access where reasonably necessary.
If you delete your account, we will stop processing your personal data for new purposes except as needed to comply with law, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or support legitimate business operations.
Rights relating to aggregated or anonymized data survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReComune shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months, if any.
We encourage informal resolution first.
Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
